We store and use customer data on the basis of the data protection requirements of the Bundesdatenschutzgesetz (BDSG) (federal data protection law), and of the Teledienstedatenschutzgesetz (TDDSG) (teleservice data protection law).
Credit Card Details
Your credit card details are used by us only for the current ordering process. Please enter them anew for each order. If you do not want to send your credit card details over the Internet, you can use our telephone service. One of our staff will take the information personally.
Passing On of Customer Data
We use customer data exclusively for the processing of orders and do not pass any information on to third parties.
The law states that we need your consent for your customer account and the newsletter. You can withdraw this consent at any time, in the online shop, by e-mail or by telephone.
Your data are transferred via an SSL connection. This security technology encrypts the information provided by you. Our Internet pages are located with one of the world’s largest web hosting providers.
Facebook social plugins
Our website uses social plugins (“Plugins”) from the facebook.com social network, which is operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (“Facebook”).
If you visit a webpage on our site that contains such a plugin, your browser opens a direct connection to Facebook’s servers. The content of the plugin is transferred directly from Facebook to your browser and is embedded in the website. By embedding the plugin, Facebook receives the information that you have opened the corresponding page of our website. If you are logged into Facebook, Facebook can connect your visit with your Facebook account. If you interact with the plugins, for example, by clicking the “Like” button or commenting, the corresponding information is sent directly from your browser and saved on Facebook.
For the purpose and scope of the data collection and further processing and use of the data by Facebook, as well as for your rights and privacy setting options in this regard, please refer to Facebook’s privacy statement. If you do not wish Facebook to collect information about you from our Internet presence, you must log out of Facebook before you visit our website.
Use of the Google +1 Button
The www.blackstyle.de website uses the +1 button of the Google+ social network owned and operated by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, California, 94043 USA (subsequently referred to as “Google”).
When you access a sub-site of the www.blackstyle.de website using the +1 button, it estab-lishes a connection to Google’s servers and the button is then displayed on the site via a notification to your browser. This enables information on which of our sub-sites you have ac-cessed to be transmitted to Google’s servers. The +1 button is not used to keep track of your Internet browsing. Google does not keep a permanent record of your browsing history when the +1 button is displayed, nor does it analyse your access to sites with the +1 button in any other way. Google saves the data on your web visits for about two weeks for system maintenance and troubleshooting purposes. These data are, however, not structured in a way that is linked to individual profiles, user names or URLs, and the data are not transmitted to us.
If you are logged into Google+ and use the +1 button, Google records information about your Google profile, the URL you recommended, your IP address and other browser-related in-formation. When you remove your +1, these data are deleted.
If you have made your profile public in your Google+ settings, your +1s, together with your profile name and your photo, can be inserted by Google as suggestions in Google services, e.g., in search results, your Google profile, or other places on websites and advertisements on the Internet. If you do not want Google to collect and use your data in the aforementioned way, you must log out of Google+ before accessing the www.blackstyle.de website.
If you want to find out more about Google’s collection and use of data, as well as your rights regarding this topic and how you can protect your privacy, please see Google’s data protec-tion policy:
