1. Delivery
| General
Delivery is carried out by the Deutsche Post AG. Goods are insured and sent under plain cover.

We are also happy to send your order to other addresses. Please let us know the desired delivery address for this, e.g. your office. For travellers we will also deliver to a hotel address.

Our invoices are prepared exclusively in Euros. The $ price is only a rough guide and may differ from the amount invoiced.
Stated $ prices are dependent on daily fluctuations.

3. International Dispatch
| Methods of shipping
Our standard shipping method is Businesspackage Premium of the Deutsche Post DHL. This method of shipment is available at a very good price. Please note, that packages cannot be traced in this method of shipment. In our experience DHL is very reliable, so that it is not necessary to trace packages.
Urgent orders can be shipped by DHL Express. On request we can give you the status of your order. The price is calculated by weight and expense. It will be shown in the ordering process.
Express shipment costs are calculated by volume weight. (That means, that they are calculated by the size and the weight of the package). Therefore we can calculate the exact costs when the goods are packed. In some cases a recalculation will be necessary. If this is the case, we will contact you, before shipping the goods.
Please note, that only the shipment is faster than with the standard DHL shipment. Production times do not change with express shipment.

4. VAT-Exempt Dispatch
to places of residence outside the European Union.
| Purchase in Our Webshop
We deliver the ordered goods free of VAT. Import duties and charges will be levied as soon as the parcel has reached your country. These charges are to be borne by you. Detailed information will be given by the customs authorities responsible.
| Purchase Directly from Our Retail Shop
In this case we must initially charge you German VAT.
This currently stands at 16% (from 1.January 2007 19%) of the net value of the goods, but as a non-EU citizen you will be refunded the VAT. For this purpose, have the original invoice stamped by the customs authorities when you leave the country and send it to our address :

You will receive a credit from us for the amount of VAT charged on your purchase.
The refund can be given as a voucher against future purchases or by crediting your credit card account.
Refund bank transfers are only possible to German accounts because of the high bank charges for foreign bank transfers.

| Right to Revocation
You can revoke your declaration of contract within two weeks without giving reasons in written form (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail) or by sending back the item. The time allowed for revocation begins on receipt of this notice at the earliest. Punctual dispatch of the revocation or item is sufficient to observe the revocation period.

| Consequences of Revocation
In the case of an effective revocation the performances received on both sides are to be returned as are any benefits gained (e.g. interest). If you are unable to return to us the received performance in whole or in part or only in a deteriorated condition, you may have to compensate us in this respect. This does not apply to the returning of items if the deterioration of the item is due exclusively to inspecting it (as might have been possible in the retail shop). Furthermore you can avoid the duty to compensate for value by not making use of the item as an owner and refraining from doing anything which would detract from its value. Items capable of being sent as a parcel are to be sent back at our expense and risk. Items which cannot be sent as a parcel will be collected from you.
Special Information: According to § 312 d Section 1 BGB, the right of revocation also expires prematurely if your contractual partner has begun to provide the service with your express agreement before the end of the revocation period, or if you yourself have occasioned this (e.g. through downloading etc.).
| Notice on Returns
Right of Return
You can return the received goods without giving a reason within two weeks by sending the goods back. The time allowed begins with the receipt of the goods and this notice at the earliest. Only if the goods cannot be dispatched by parcel (e.g. unwieldy items) can you also declare the return by means of a written demand for collection in written form, such as e.g. by letter, fax or e-mail. Punctual dispatch of the goods or demand for collection is sufficient to observe the revocation period. In any case the return of goods takes place at our expense and risk.
